For more than 20 years, the Odense company Esoft has made sure that the real estate agents’ ads give the best impression. A private equity fund will from now on focus on scaling the company globally.
Negotiations on a sale have been underway since January, and now it has finally been determined that Polaris will buy Esoft.
Torben Frigaard Rasmussen, who has been chairman of the board since 2010, believes that Polaris is the right owner to fulfill Esoft’s great global ambitions. This is his second company sale as chairman of boards within a month, after he participated in the sale of Krog-Iversen’s IT company TimeXtender in early May.
2021 was Esoft’s best year efter with a profit before tax of more than DKK 12 million and a turnover of DKK 187 million – 15 percent more than the year before. Before the sale, the goal was to reach a turnover of one billion kroner by 2030.
