Umbraco, a funen software company, is making changes in the top management of the company meaning that Niels Hartvig’s time as chief executive of the CMS company is ending, writes Computerworld.
Instead he will be at the forefront of Umbraco’s global developer network, which counts more than 220.000 developers.
“I am doing it for the exact same reason as when i founded Umbraco 16 years ago.
I want to create a tool that people can understand - whether it’s editors who maintain a site or developers who creates something for customers” says Niels Hartvig to Computerworld.
The new chief executive is Kim Sneum Madsen whom has been employed at Umbraco since 2016.
